How do I log in to library resources?
Your library username and password are the same MyVVC single sign-on credentials you already use to access Canvas and other VVC services.
How do I log in to Primo (Library Catalog)?
Primo is the library’s search tool for finding books, articles, videos, and other resources. To access your account or view online materials, log in using your MyVVC single sign-on.
Steps to log in:
- Go to the VVC library homepage and find the link to Library Catalog.
- Click on Sign In (Uppper right hand corner)
- Choose Student, Faculty or Staff from pop-up choices.
- Sign in using your MyVVC username and password.
- Once logged in, you can view checkouts, renew items and access online resources.
Accessing library resources off-campus
When you click on a database, video, eBook, or any password-protected library resource, you may be prompted to log in with MyVVC. If you’re already logged into another VVC service, you’ll often be taken straight to the resource without needing to log in again.
Having trouble logging in?
Most of the time, clicking a library link should connect you seamlessly. If it doesn’t, try these steps:
- Clear your browser history/cache
- Close your browser completely
- Reopen it and start a new session
- Try the library link again
If you’re entering your MyVVC email and password correctly and still can’t access resources after trying the steps above, your account information may need to be updated.
